Your surgery appointment to see me is now booked. You should receive an email with the details of the appointment and links to cancel or reschedule should you need to.
If you cannot attend your appointment please let me know as soon as you can by calling my office or sending me an email, or by following the link in the email you’ll receive. This means I can make the appointment available to other people who need it.
Appointments are 15 minutes long and run back-to-back. If you’re late I won’t be able to see you for the full 15 minutes, and I might not be able to see you at all.
If you miss your appointment without letting me know, someone from my office will contact you in the next few days to ask if you still need to speak to me and give you the opportunity to book another appointment. If you miss a second appointment without letting me know I may not accept further appointment bookings from you; if this happens I will explain how else you can ask for my help if you still need it.
