An MP’s schedule follows a rhythm when Parliament is in session—Monday to Thursday in Westminster, and Friday and Saturday in the constituency, visiting schools, community groups, organisations, businesses, and holding advice sessions.
If you’d like to invite me to an event, it’s best to aim for a Friday during the parliamentary year, as other weekdays are typically reserved for Westminster. During recess periods, my schedule is more flexible, but please keep in mind that I receive a large number of invitations each month, making it impossible to attend every event. Additionally, my diary often fills up several weeks or months in advance, so early booking is essential.
